This notice explains how the LastSlot.eu service operator processes personal data when people search, book services, create business accounts or contact support.

LastSlot.eu is operated by Omerta OÜ, Estonia. Privacy, legal and support requests: info@lastslot.eu.
Data we process
Account and contact data; business profile and staff data; booking, calendar, QR and review data; approximate or precise location only when you choose to share it; security logs; notification preferences; and, after online payments are enabled, payment references and KYC status supplied by the payment provider. LastSlot does not need to store full card details.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide accounts, search, bookings, calendars, confirmations, security, fraud prevention, support and legal compliance. The legal bases are performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.
Recipients and transfers
Booking details are shared with the chosen service provider. Hosting, email, mapping, analytics and payment suppliers may process data under contract. Providers outside the EEA will be used only with an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards.
Retention
Account and business data is kept while the account is active. Booking and transaction records are retained for the period required to handle disputes, accounting and legal obligations. Security logs and expired verification codes are retained only as long as operationally necessary. Deletion requests are honoured unless retention is legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact info@lastslot.eu.
