Terms of service

These terms govern use of LastSlot.eu by customers and service providers.
Marketplace role
LastSlot provides discovery, booking, calendar and QR tools. The service provider—not LastSlot—performs the booked service and is responsible for its description, price, qualifications, safety, consumer information and taxes.
Accounts and listings
Information must be accurate and current. Businesses may list only services they are legally entitled to provide and must maintain real availability, service languages and prices. Accounts, listings or bookings may be suspended for fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct or legal violations.
Bookings, cancellations and no-shows
A booking becomes confirmed according to the provider’s confirmation mode. Customers and providers must respect the displayed time and cancellation rules. QR check-in records attendance. LastSlot may preserve event records to resolve disputes.
Payments and fees
Pay-at-venue bookings do not carry a LastSlot payment commission. Optional online payments are processed by Stripe. The default LastSlot online-payment commission is 10%, but an individual provider or service rate may apply and is fixed when the order is created. Stripe processing fees are recorded separately and deducted from the provider settlement. Providers must complete Stripe KYC before receiving transfers. A provider receives funds only after the visit is confirmed as completed; eligible cancellations can be refunded in full or in part.
Reviews and content
Reviews are available only after eligible completed bookings. Illegal, misleading, abusive or privacy-infringing content may be removed. Users may report listings or content to info@lastslot.eu.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the quality of a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory EU consumer rights.
Law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s country remain applicable. Contact info@lastslot.eu first so we can try to resolve a problem. Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, the service is governed by Estonian law.
